LiverPool (patent pending) 5-, 10-, 20- Donor Pooled Cryopreserved Human Hepatocytes

LiverPool™ (patent pending) 5-, 10-, 20- donor pooled cryopreserved hepatocytes are products produced from nontransplantable liver tissue. Each donor pool is characterized for CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP2E1, CYP3A4, UDP-glucuronosyl transferase, and sulfotransferase activities. The viability is greater than 70% and the cells exhibit both phase I and II enzyme activities.
