Fresh human and animal Hepatocytes
Freshly isolated hepatocytes provide you with living biological cells for your studies of phase I and II metabolism. At Celsis In Vitro Technologies, we provide a variety of fresh hepatocytes, in suspension for short-term studies, or plated for longer-term projects. Cryopreserved hepatocytes provide an alternative way to study phase I and phase II metabolism. Hepatocytes are cryopreserved immediately after isolation, resulting in a product with high viability and metabolic activity. A variety of species are offered.

Plateable cryopreserved human Hepatocytes
Plateable cryopreserved hepatocytes offer a variety of advantages for your long-term in vitro studies, including induction and toxicity. They have a proven responsiveness to inducers. They allow multiple experiments at different times from one donor.

LiverPool 5-, 10-, and 20-donor pooled cryopreserved human Hepatocytes
Our LiverPool product makes it easier for researchers to perform their experiments without having to create their own hepatocyte pools for metabolism or clearance assays. One vial of LiverPool cryopreserved human hepatocytes represents an average human donor pool.
