Celsis IVT offers the largest selection of animal hepatocytes in the industry including Gottingen minipig. Gottingen minipig cryopreserved hepatocytes can be used to perform coupled phase I and II metabolism and are a powerful tool for studying and comparing the species-specific metabolism and toxicity of your compounds. Celsis IVT performs extensive characterization on all animal hepatocyte products. Gottingen minpig cryopreserved hepatocyte lots are prepared from a pool of animal donors. A product data sheet is prepared by Quality Control for every lot of Gottingen minipig hepatocytes. Our animal cryopreserved hepatocytes are vialed at 1 mL/vial. A Percoll purification step is not required with Celsis IVT cryopreserved animal hepatocytes. Each lot will yield at least 5 million viables cells and a viability specification is met based on species.
