Celsis IVT offers the largest selection of animal hepatocytes in the industry including ICR/CD-1 mouse. Mouse hepatocytes can be used to perform coupled phase I and II metabolism and are a powerful tool for studying and comparing the species-specific metabolism and toxicity of your compound. Celsis IVT performs extensive characterization on all animal hepatocyte products. Mouse cryopreserved hepatocyte lots are prepared from a pool of animal donors. A product data sheet is prepared by Quality Control for every lot of mouse cryopreserved hepatocytes. Our animal cryopreserved hepatocytes are vialed at 1 mL/vial. A Percoll purification step is not required with Celsis IVT cryopreserved animal hepatocytes. Each lot will yield at least 1 or 5 million viables cells depending on the vial configuration and a viability specification is met based on species.
