Cryoplateable Human Hepatocytes
Our hepatocytes are cryopreserved the same day they are isolated. Celsis IVT cryopreserved plateable human hepatocytes show high levels of induction following treatment with known inducers omeprazole (CYP1A2) and rifampin (CYP3A4). All plateable lots have greater than 70% viability.

Fresh Human Hepatocytes
Freshly isolated hepatocytes represent a living biological system in which coupled Phase I and II chemical metabolism can be evaluated. Celsis IVT offers fresh hepatocyte suspensions and plated hepatocytes.
