Facilities & Equipment

Our facilities are equipped with 17,000 cubic feet of state-of-the-art temperature and humidity-controlled chambers that are continuously monitored and independently alarmed to alert for any environmental changes. An additional 5,000 cu. ft. of chambers are available in our Development Services group.

All of our storage environments undergo stringent Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) as well as routine calibration assessments. We regularly invest in capital improvements to ensure all of our test facilities have the latest test technologies and capabilities, and our stability conditions are routinely upgraded to remain current with the ICH (International Conference on Harmonization) and FDA Guidelines.

Our storage environments include:

• Freeze/thaw -20°C to 50°C programmable

• 20°C ± 5°C

• 20°C ± 3°C

• 23°C ± 2°C / 75% RH ± 3% RH*

• 25°C ± 2°C / Ambient Humidity

• 25°C ± 2°C / 40% RH ± 5% RH

• 25°C ± 2°C / 60% RH ± 5% RH

• 30°C ± 2°C / 60% RH ± 5% RH

• 30°C ± 2°C / 65% RH ± 5% RH

• 40°C ± 2°C

• 40°C ± 2°C / NMT 25% RH

• 50°C ± 2°C
