Microsomes prepared from human intestine, kidney, and lung are available. These products are valuable tools for studying the metabolism of your compounds and for examining the potential for drug-drug interactions. Individual and pooled human S9 have been produced from a bank of different human livers, enabling you to use these products to predict "average" human metabolism of your compounds. Storage
Animal liver microsomes and S9 must be stored in a mechanical cryogenic freezer below -70°C to guarantee the preservation of cytochrome P450 enzymes.

Historical data demonstrates that when stored under the recommended conditions, our human liver microsomes are stable for five (5) years. Celsis IVT is continually performing stability studies, following ICH guidelines, to validate and extend product shelf life.
