Microbial Organisms Detected

ATP is present in all living organisms, therefore Celsis systems can detect all species of bacteria, yeast and mold, including slow-growing organisms and those resistant to hostile conditions.

The following are representative examples of microorganisms that are readily detected with ATP and AK-enhanced bioluminescence technology by Celsis customers. The list is not comprehensive, since a protocol may be established to detect virtually any microorganism, since all living microorganisms contain ATP.
